Peoria Fine Art Association Fall Membership Exhibition AWARD

I received an Honorable Mention for my painting "Rose Is" by the judge, Tom Herbert. Very nice. The exhibition is at the Peoria Unified School District Administration Center, 6330 W. Thunderbird Rd. in Glendale and runs through October 7, 2009. All media is represented in this show!

How Sad!

I picked up my painting Mammas at MoMA Tuesday from the West Valley Arts Museum. The museum is "Temporarily" closed. It needs more money to continue to operate. I am going to send a special donation to them. Won't you consider doing so also? They are currently trying to raise $150,000 to reorganize and restructure.
