2 paintings have been accepted to the AWA Spring Exhibition!
The Arizona Watercolor Association Artist's Reception is Thurs. the 18th 2013 at the Glendale Adult Center located at 5970 W. Brown St. from 5:30-7:00, with the Awards Presentation is from 7-8. I am getting an award for one of my paintings - I won't find out more until the presentation tomorrow. Hope some of you can make it! My bet is on Winter Walk for an Honorable Mention.
I was a Counselor for the Deer Valley School District through May 2005 and am now a full time artist. My focus is watermedia, but I take time to explore other fun things, too!
Most recently my focus is on painting in an abstract or "non-Objective" fashion. I hold juried memberships in national and local art organizations and exhibit my work through those organizations. My work is in private and public collections.
